Evergreen Learning Pod is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students and families. We affirm LGBTQIA2S+ identities through:
The use of preferred names and pronouns
An inclusive curriculum that honors diverse voices and perspectives
Clear expectations for respectful behavior and language
Open communication with families about how best to support their child’s identity
A classroom culture built on acceptance, empathy, and belonging
We believe every child deserves to learn in a space where they are valued exactly as they are.

We serve students entering grades 3–8 from all educational backgrounds, including homeschoolers, public and private school students, and those seeking a smaller, more personalized learning environment.
-
Yes. Academic tutoring is open to all students in grades 3–8, Tuesday through Friday from 3:30–5:30 PM. Students enrolled in the pod receive a 10% discount.

This is not a first-come, first-served process. Preference is given to full-time (All-Day Enrichment) applicants, followed by Core + Projects, then Morning Core. We review applications holistically to build a respectful, balanced learning community.
-
Applications are due by July 15, 2025. Families will be notified of their enrollment status on July 16, 2025.
-
If accepted, you’ll have until end of day July 18 to confirm your spot and submit your non-refundable deposit, which is applied toward your tuition.
-
Yes. We ask all prospective families to attend a short meeting (in person or virtual) during June or early July. This helps ensure a strong mutual fit.
-
Families are invited to:
Attend quarterly Family Showcases
Chaperone field trips
Schedule family meetings with the teacher
To protect routine and focus, classroom visitors are limited unless part of a planned learning experience. This helps maintain a calm and stable environment, especially for students who thrive on structure.
-
We welcome students with a range of needs like dyslexia, ADHD, sensory sensitivities, or anxiety. If your child has an IEP, 504 Plan, BIP, FBA, or other supports, please share this in your application. We will review it thoughtfully to determine if we can meet their needs responsibly.
-
Each classroom is capped at 8 students, allowing for personalized attention and meaningful relationships.
-
We do not currently offer financial aid. However, families benefit from:
Flexible scheduling options
A founding families discount of $1,000 is available for full-time students enrolled during Evergreen Learning Pod’s founding year.
Pay-in-full savings
Monthly or semester payment plans

Yes. Many families combine Morning Core or Core + Projects with after-school tutoring to create a customized academic plan.
-
If a family withdraws from Evergreen Learning Pod after enrollment and before the end of the school year, they are still responsible for the full year’s tuition. This is because a space is held exclusively for your child and may not be easily filled mid-year. Exceptions may be made at the director’s discretion or if a suitable replacement student is found. All exceptions must be approved in writing.
-
To reserve a seat for the following school year, families must:
Confirm their intent to return by March 17
Submit a $300 re-enrollment deposit, which is applied to next year’s tuition
-
No. We welcome students with a wide range of learning profiles. Our small-group model allows for differentiated instruction and support. However, students should be able to work independently for short periods and engage respectfully in a group setting.
